Scope

These terms apply to this website and the Unscripted Simulation app. The provider is Christoph Kumbartzky (see legal notice).

The Unscripted Simulation app

The app is a private tool used exclusively by the provider for the own YouTube channel “Unscripted Simulation”. It is not offered to third parties. Anyone who signs in nevertheless does so at their own risk; there is no entitlement to use it. When the YouTube functions are used, the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy also apply.

Content

The videos and texts of Unscripted Simulation are protected by copyright. Sharing via the platforms' functions is welcome; any other reuse requires permission. AI-generated: script, voice, music, sound effects and thumbnail. Simulation, training and data: Unscripted Simulation. There is no guarantee that the content is correct and complete.

Liability

Liability is unlimited for intent and gross negligence and otherwise only as provided by law. The operators of linked pages are responsible for their content.

Privacy

How data is processed is described in the privacy policy.

These terms may be amended; the version published here applies. German law applies.
