Contact by email

If you write to me, I process your details only to answer you (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR) and delete them once they are no longer needed for that purpose.

YouTube and TikTok

For the channels on YouTube and TikTok, the privacy policies of the respective platform also apply. Comments are read and answered via the platforms' interfaces.

Unscripted Simulation app and Google/YouTube data

The Unscripted Simulation app is a private tool used exclusively to manage the provider's own YouTube channel “Unscripted Simulation”. It uses the YouTube API Services by Google. The YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy apply.

After signing in with the channel's Google account, the app accesses only this channel: uploading videos, subtitles and thumbnails, changing titles and descriptions, reading the channel's statistics, and reading and answering comments under its own videos. The access credentials (OAuth tokens) are stored only locally on the provider's own computers. Data from Google accounts is not sold, not passed on to third parties, not used for advertising and not used to train AI models. The use complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Stored statistics and comment texts are deleted as soon as they are no longer needed, at the latest after 30 days for data where the API policies require this. Access can be revoked at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions; you can request deletion by email.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection (Art. 15–21 GDPR), and the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, e.g. the Unabhängiges Landeszentrum für Datenschutz Schleswig-Holstein.
